We have a long history of success with DM, particularly in the area of creative and production services. We partner with justONE in a close strategic alliance for any specialist 1-1 and CRM needs. For specialist 1-1 and CRM projects, we bring in justONE to provide the strategic expertise, while our team provides the creative and production services on the back of the strategy. This integrated partnership has been in action for over five years on the Farmers business. Together, we launched the Farmers Club and from a standing start built a membership base of over 1 million customers within 12 months. The extraordinary success of this on-going campaign has already been awarded Gold at the 2012 RSVPs.

justONE was founded in 2006 and since then has grown to be New Zealand’s leading direct, CRM, and loyalty marketing agency.
Over this time justONE has been recognised both locally and internationally with awards for it’s best in class loyalty marketing programmes for Farmers, Subway and Ziera, and for smart CRM programmes and programme elements for Farmlands, IBM, ADT and BNZ.
justONE has won the prestigious RSVP Grand Prix twice (2009 and 2013), as well as many NZ DM Awards Golds, Silvers and Bronzes, placing at the top of the awards tree successively for the last few years.
What we do
justONE is unashamedly all about direct, CRM and loyalty. The specialist team comprising account management, planning, creative and production now numbers 18, and is totally passionate about working in this part of the marketing mix.
We are moving with the times, with growing expertise in social media (including ‘social loyalty’), gamification, and notably smartphones. We believe we are leading the NZ market in terms of using smartphones as a retail loyalty driver, and our globally awarded work for Subway with the Subcard smartphone app is good evidence of this.
